Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Certain personal care and beauty items may be non-returnable once opened for hygiene and safety reasons; where this applies, it will be noted on the product page.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our support team at care@clouddevie.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
